Our Cancellation Policy
At Dynamic Therapeutics, LLC, we understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. Business meetings, project deadlines, flight delays, car problems, and illness are just a few of the reasons why one might consider canceling an appointment. In our desire to be effective and fair to all our clients, and out of consideration for our therapists’ time, we have adopted the following policies:
In most cases, a 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an individual appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to avail themselves of our services.
If you are unable to give us the minimum 24-hours) advance notice, and we are unable to fill your time slot, you will be charged the full amount of what would have been your treatment fee. This fee must be paid in full prior to your next treatment.
If we are able to fill your time slot with somebody else, you will not be charged for that missed appointment.
Anyone who either forgets or chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged for their “missed” appointment, and future service will be denied until payment is made.
Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers: Please plan accordingly in order to be on time.
We Take Your Privacy Seriously
The HIPAA Privacy Rule establishes national standards to protect individuals' medical records and other personal health information and applies to health plans, health care clearinghouses, and those health care providers that conduct certain health care transactions electronically. We will not share or sell your private information.
